These PB bowls are great for breakfast or lunch. Low in calories, high in fiber and incredibly tasty. We love making them for the kids as well. Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Honey Almond Granola
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1/2 Banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter

  • 12 oz Honey Almond Granola
  • 3 Bananas
  • 16 oz jar of Peanut Butter

Get out your blender. Because this one is going to whip your world around.

1. In a blender add 1 frozen (or cold) banana, chopped, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Blend.

2. In a bowl add 1/4 cup of granola (add more or less depending on your preference). Pour over the fruit mixture and top with sliced bananas, strawberries and more granola.
