Blueberry Bliss Monday Morning:

1 cup of almond milk, 1 banana (preferably cold or frozen), 1 cup of frozen blueberries. Add, blend, enjoy.

The Green Goodness Tuesday Morning:

2 cups of kale (without the ribs), 2 oranges peeled and chopped, 2 carrots peeled and chopped, 1 inch of ginger peeled and chopped, 1 banana, 1 cup of almond milk (or water). Add, blend, enjoy.

Strawberries & Greens Wednesday Morning:

1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup of cold water, 2 cups of spinach, 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 cup of ice. Add, blend, enjoy.

The Spa Day Thursday Morning:

1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 avocado, 1 cup of almond milk. Add, blend, enjoy.

Detox Friday Morning:

1 cup of kale (ribs removed), 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1 lime, juiced, 1 cup of almond milk. Add, blend, enjoy.

Simple Energy Saturday Morning:

2 carrots, peeled and chopped, 1/2 banana, 2 granny smith apples, seeded and chopped, 1 orange peeled and chopped, 1 inch of ginger peeled and chopped, 1 cup of water. Add, blend, enjoy.
