Who are we?

First and foremost, we are not trained chefs, nutritionists, or professionals in the kitchen (although we’ve worked in plenty of restaurants over the last 25 years).  We are just normal people who love to cook. We hope in the near future to have professional chefs working in our kitchen, but for now we're just home cooks that like to share recipes from our kitchen to yours. We don't claim to be anything else.

Are there any monthly or membership fees?

Nope. No nonsense memberships or fees, just a delivery fee of $6.99 per order and free when order is $100 or over.

 

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is $14.99

 

Where do you deliver?

Most of Los Angeles. Check here to see if we deliver to you!

 

Do I need to tip?

You can if you’d like and it’s always encouraged but not mandatory.

 

How do you verify age for alcohol?

The recipient of any order containing alcohol products will be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any alcohol or tobacco items if proof of age cannot be provided.

 

What if something is missing or incorrect?

If there are any problems with your order or an incorrect charge on your credit card, contact us at support@foodyou.love and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

Is your beef grass fed and organic?

We focus primarily on recipes that are made with non gmo, grass fed and antibiotic free meats, the following brands are utilized in our recipes.: Boulder Valley Flatiron cut, Boulder Vally Boneless Ribeye, Kobe Beef sirloin culotte, Creek stone Angus Ground

 

Is your fish wild caught or farm raised ?

All fish is wild caught non GMO, frozen by Orca Bay.

  

Are your vegetables organic or can I upgrade to organic?

Vegetables like our greens and fresh herbs are organic . Kale, spinach, broccoli, broccolini, thyme, rosemary, oregano.

We try our hardest to provide all organic items but certain items are not

Non-organic items include, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, squashes, onions, cauliflower and lettuce.

 

Is your chicken organic?

Our chicken is free range organic branded by Smart Chicken.

 

How do you get ingredients to my door so quickly?

We use Yummy.com to deliver ingredients. Yummy.com is a great service that has multiple stores throughout Los Angeles which allows for 30 min delivery.
